Furthermore, because the guidelines were not specifically developed for HCV, there may be other behavioral risk factors not included in the criteria that place a person a high risk of acquiring HCV that are not currently captured. Previous studies have suggested that tattooing, body piercing, and intranasal cocaine use might be important routes of HCV transmission 7576as such these risk factors should be evaluated Prostitutes Thiene potential additional categories in any future revisions of these guidelines.
